@CapitalOneCA Your customer service sucks! I have a missing $52 that just poofed with no trace of transaction. I called to figure it out and the agent did absolutely nothing but completely dismiss me and tell me im wrong. We did the math together and i was right.

@CapitalOneCA can we PLEASE get an agreement with Apple for Apple Pay with our cards?! I’ve had mine since 2021, and there’s still nothing and I honestly would use my capital one card a LOT more if I had it on my phone!😭😭😭😭

@CapitalOneCA So incredibly frustrated. Got a new card, made an account, pin # sent in mail comes up invalid on the site. Accidentally logged out, then tried to log in again and it now says my username and/or password are incorrect. I don't own a cellphone, so I can't get a text or call. 😡
