@MihailoBozic If you get a term sheet from a US investor it will likely say a condition precedent of the round is for you to flip up. You could execute on it then rather than taking the action unnecessarily and potentially impacting the opportunity to raise in Australia

Looking for some advice: Has anyone incorporated their Aus company as a Delaware C-Corp/seen a startup do this? Just wanted to know any pros/cons about ahead of time, what software/lawyers you used, and how this affects the ability to raise from Aussie investors in future
