Tonight at our Firefighter Awards dinner, it was an honour to be with fellow firefighters and receive long service awards. Capt. deGraaf rec’d his provincial and federal 30 yr bars. DC Culp, our own Chief Hudson, and I rec’d our 35 yr bars. 135 yrs service at Lincoln 61 alone.

#Breaking: Canada's Lynx Air is shutting down. As record $ left Canada's equities in 2023 to seek better opportunities, now we have businesses shutting down and it's all because of high taxes, carbon tax that made their fuel even more expensive, and an uncompetitive red taped environment. Add on the artificially inflationary environment that the Liberals have created with their policies. This is a blow to consumers. There is just too much protectionism in the Canadian market. Canadians will keep getting ripped off on everything.
