Light That Refuses to Die On this fourth day of Hanukkah, we are reminded that light does not need permission from darkness to exist. A small flame, when protected and sustained, can outlast empires, oppression, and fear. Hanukkah is not just a story of oil it is the story of resilience. Of a people who refused to surrender their identity. Of faith that stood its ground when compromise was demanded. The miracle was not only that the oil lasted, but that hope endured. For those in the diaspora, for those silenced, displaced, or told to give up their voice Hanukkah speaks directly to us: Do not shrink your light to make others comfortable. Every day, add more light. Speak more truth. Stand firmer in justice. As the candles increase, so does our responsibility to resist despair, to defend dignity, and to believe that even in the darkest times, truth will outshine power. May this Hanukkah strengthen your spirit, steady your resolve, and remind you that a faithful few can change the course of history. Capo Daniel

Issa Tchiroma is the clear people’s choice for President in Cameroon — a leader courageous enough to apologise to the Anglophones for the lies, marginalisation, and injustice that have brought war, destruction, and misery to the English-speaking people of Cameroon. He is a man who has promised to return the country to its youth — to restore hope, integrity, and vision. We expect Paul Biya to win the rigged election, but Issa Tchiroma represents an unequivocal message to the regime and to the world about what the Anglophone people truly deserve. I support Issa Tchiroma knowing fully well that elections in Cameroon are rigged, but because courage and truth must still be honoured. Capo Daniel PRAP CHAIRMAN @IssaTchiromaBak #CameroonDecides2025

Maurice Kamto, this call comes too late and too weak. Cameroonians are not looking for poetry or appeals—they are demanding sacrifice. If leaders cannot unite now, they are handing Biya victory. History will judge harshly those who hesitated when destiny knocked. This appeal should have come months ago, not days before the polls. Cameroonians deserve decisive leadership, not hesitation. A divided opposition is a gift to Biya. Change will not come from speeches, but from sacrifice and unity.

CALL TO CANDIDATES RUNNING IN THE 12 OCTOBER 2025 ELECTION Since the political and legal barbarism of 26 July and 5 August, I have been observing the political scene in our country, consulting and listening to the players. We will soon be expressing our views on the election scheduled for 12 October. In the meantime, I would like to make the following appeal: We are at a historic moment when political change is possible. If the 11 opposition candidates decided to unite behind one among those of them who are the most experienced in politics and the management of state affairs, against the CPDM candidate, it could trigger an irresistible popular dynamic that would make victory inevitable. In the absence of alignment behind a single candidate, a powerful coalition of several candidates could raise great hopes and trigger a comparable political dynamic. Let us not reverse the roles: the primary and crucial political responsibility rests on the shoulders of the candidates and not on the shoulders of any ‘kingmaker’, an expression that might flatter the egos of some. Dear opposition candidates in the upcoming presidential election, help the Cameroonian people to help you bring about change peacefully and through the ballot box. Clarify the situation and simplify the voters' choice by forming a political alliance that avoids confrontation between you and the dispersion of votes from voters who are so eager for change. With this in mind, I appeal to the particular responsibility of two valiant and worthy sons of Cameroon, candidates from the Northern part of the country; I appeal to their patriotism, their sense of duty and sacrifice, which require them to rise above themselves and be present at this historic moment. There is not much time left. The candidates and their respective teams can still make up for lost time by working day and night to achieve this crucial goal for our country. They have an exceptional opportunity to show their love for our people and our country. Dear opposition candidates, by chance (but is it always chance?), there are 11 of you, just like a football team. And there is a penalty kick to be taken for victory. Choose from among yourselves, or at least from among the most experienced, the kicker who has the best chance of scoring the liberating goal. Done at Yaoundé on 17 September 2025 Maurice KAMTO

I have put too much attention to protests in Nepal that finished very fast with corrupt government defeat. Really shows the power of people. They also managed to settle down and elect the first Female prime minister in the history of a country. On photo is a Pirate flag from "one piece"anime that became the symbol of protests. Wish all the best for Nepal people! Now they have a good chance to build their country towards prosperity. The People Has The Final Say Capo Daniel

THE LAST ADF GENERAL IN BAMENDA ARRESTED: A CHANCE FOR TRUTH AND ACCOUNTABILITY We have received credible confirmation that General Betatin, widely known as General Better Thing, the last remaining Ambazonia Defence Forces (ADF) general operating in Bamenda, has been apprehended alive and is currently in the custody of the Cameroon military. His arrest marks a pivotal moment — not just for the people of Bamenda but for the entire conflict-ridden Anglophone region. General Betatin’s capture brings an opportunity for the Cameroonian authorities to break the cycle of criminality, particularly the wave of kidnappings for ransom, roadblocks, and extortion that have terrorized our taxi drivers, traders, and ordinary residents in the city. It is an opportunity to shine a light on the murky web of complicity that exists between certain rogue Ambazonian factions and corrupt elements within the Cameroon military establishment. However, history has shown us that such opportunities are often squandered through unlawful killings and enforced disappearances — actions that erase the very evidence needed to dismantle criminal networks. The Cameroon military must now rise to its responsibility and ensure that General Betatin is protected and treated according to the law and international human rights standards. His safety is not only a matter of justice, but a matter of truth — for it is through his testimony that we may finally expose the syndicates behind illegal petrol smuggling, arms trafficking, and the deeply rooted economy of war that profits off civilian suffering. The international community, human rights organizations, and diplomatic partners must remain vigilant. We call on them to closely monitor this case and pressure the Cameroonian government to handle it with full transparency. Silence or complicity at this juncture would only perpetuate impunity and further endanger the lives of innocent civilians caught between warring factions and shadowy deals. This must be a turning point — a moment where we shift from secrecy to scrutiny, from chaos to order, and from bloodshed to accountability. Let justice take its course, not as revenge, but as a path to truth, healing, and the eventual possibility of a sustainable, negotiated settlement to this senseless conflict. Let the arrest of General Betatin not be the closing of a chapter, but the opening of a new one — where power is reclaimed by the people, and peace becomes a real prospect once again. May 20, 2025 : A Day of Betrayal for Anglophones, Not National Unity While Cameroon marks May 20 as its “National Unity Day,” for millions of Anglophone Cameroonians, this day symbolizes the betrayal of a historic pact and the beginning of institutionalized marginalization. On May 20, 1972, Cameroon’s leadership unilaterally dismantled the federal structure agreed upon during the 1961 UN-sponsored plebiscite that brought Southern Cameroons and La République du Cameroun into a union of equals. The resulting centralized state was not a symbol of unity but the start of a deliberate campaign to assimilate the Anglophone people into a Francophone system of governance—an agenda later confirmed by President Paul Biya himself. Rather than uphold the terms of the federal pact, legislators from the Anglophone regions allowed the dissolution of the federation without a referendum in Southern Cameroons. This betrayal ignited the Ambazonian uprising—a movement born out of frustration, demanding the restoration of dignity, equality, and political recognition. Sadly, the struggle for justice has since been undermined by internal leadership rivalries, fragmentation, and a loss of focus on the collective good. As a result, the momentum for change has stalled. Today, we witness the slow re-assimilation of Ground Zero into the centralized French-Cameroonian system, with no viable political structure in place to protect the Anglophone identity. The People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) reminds the international community and Cameroonian citizens that genuine unity cannot be built on suppression and deception. May 20 must not be celebrated blindly—it must be confronted as a turning point that derailed the hopes of millions. We call for a renewed path toward dialogue, constitutional reform, and political accountability that respects the historical rights of the Anglophone people. PRAP Condemns Deadly Bambili Attack: Calls for End to Armed Criminality Masquerading as Liberation Bambili, Southern Cameroon – The People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) strongly condemns the tragic incident that occurred in Bambili involving a failed kidnapping attempt targeting the General Manager of the Upper Nun Valley Development Authority (UNVDA). According to confirmed reports, two respected members of the community — Barrister Emmanuel Viban and Notable George Njingum — were killed, and several others injured when armed Ambazonian fighters opened fire in a crowded area in a botched attempt to abduct a known public servant for ransom. This incident has brought grief and rage to a population already suffering from years of unrest. What was once a legitimate fight for justice has now been hijacked by rogue elements pursuing personal wealth under the false banner of liberation. This senseless act of violence is not an act of resistance , it is criminality, plain and simple. “The fighters who carried out this mission did not come to liberate. They came to kidnap and extort,” said Capo Daniel, Chairman of PRAP. “They knew their target was a man of means. They opened fire into a civilian gathering, murdering a lawyer and a community leader , people who were contributing to society, not part of any conflict. How can anyone still justify supporting such men?” This incident reinforces PRAP’s longstanding position: the armed struggle has lost its moral compass. The revolution has become a market for blood, with innocent lives used as collateral for profit. If this event does not awaken those still clinging to armed resistance, then nothing will. PRAP calls upon all Ambazonian activists, sympathizers, and members of the diaspora to finally accept the truth: the time has come to abandon violent methods and embrace peaceful, responsible advocacy for the rights of our people. We must not be trapped in failed ideologies. We must chart a new path rooted in dialogue, dignity, and development. PRAP sends its deepest condolences to the families of Barrister Emmanuel Viban and Notable George Njingum. Their lives were stolen in a moment of cowardice. May their memory ignite a renewed call for peace and justice. People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) Chairman: Capo Daniel

PRAP STATEMENT ON THE EU RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE RELEASE OF POLITICAL PRISONERS IN CAMEROON 05 April 2025 The People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) welcomes the European Parliament’s resolution calling for the immediate and unconditional release of Cameroonian journalists and Anglophone activists, including Amadou Vamoulké, Kingsley Fomunyuy Njoka, Mancho Bibixy, Thomas Awah Jr., and Tsi Conrad. This international appeal is not just a condemnation of wrongful imprisonment—it is a powerful acknowledgment of the historical and political crisis that gave rise to the Ambazonian cause. The roots of radicalism and armed resistance lie in decades of marginalization, repression, and the failure of the Cameroonian government to respond to peaceful demands from the Anglophone community. The belief that military action and mass detention could suppress the yearning for justice has only deepened the wounds. These grievances remain unresolved. Cameroon’s acknowledgment of the Anglophones’ distinct identity, stemming from their history as a former British-administered territory, must go beyond symbolic gestures. It must result in a tangible devolution of constitutional power that reflects the aspirations and identity of the Anglophone people within a shared nation. The release of prisoners is a necessary first step, but not the end. The crisis demands inclusive dialogue, constitutional reform, and a new political compact that recognizes the two peoples that make up the Cameroonian state. PRAP continues to promote the Peace Plant Paper (PPP) as a peaceful roadmap to reconciliation and sustainable coexistence. We call on all stakeholders—armed groups, political leaders, and civil society—to embrace the PPP and become part of the solution. This includes those who took up arms out of desperation, and those in power who must now show courage and leadership by choosing peace over pride. International partners must also step up their support for dialogue, justice, and accountability. This is a turning point. Let the release of these prisoners mark the beginning of a national transformation where no voice is silenced, no identity erased, and no region left behind. #JusticeNow #ReleaseThemAll #PPPNow #OneCountryTwoPeoples Signed, Capo Daniel Chairman, People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP)

Response to Christmas Ebini’s Statement on the Arrest of Ayaba Cho The arrest of Ayaba Cho has, predictably, led to a wave of reactions, including efforts to frame him as a victim of injustice. While I understand the concerns some may have regarding Norway’s decision, we must not allow this moment to distract us from the broader issue—the responsibility of leadership and the consequences of unchecked impunity. The kind of excuses being made for Ayaba Cho are the same ones that have been made for certain Ambazonian fighters over the years, allowing them to grow unchecked in their actions, to the point where they have committed mass atrocities that now exceed even those of the Cameroon military. This is not speculation—it is a reality that many of our communities live with daily. When individuals are shielded from accountability under the guise of revolutionary solidarity, they begin to believe they are above the movement itself. That is how we have reached a point where armed groups, instead of protecting our people, have turned into a source of terror, carrying out kidnappings, extortion, and even executions against civilians. If we are to move forward as a people, we must break free from this destructive pattern. Our struggle cannot be defined by defending individuals at all costs but by upholding the principles that give our cause legitimacy. Justice cannot be applied selectively—if we condemn the crimes of the Biya regime, we must also condemn those within our own ranks who have made war profitable at the expense of the people. This is why leadership must be rooted in responsibility, not personal power. We must insist on a movement where discipline is enforced, where the rights of our people are protected, and where those who betray the struggle—whether they wear military uniforms or claim to fight for Ambazonia—are held accountable. No individual should be given a pass simply because of their status or influence. The failure to enforce this standard is what has allowed chaos to reign, turning some of our once-respected forces into lawless warlords. The people of Ambazonia did not ask for a future where they would be caught between the brutality of the Cameroon military and the excesses of rogue armed factions. They deserve a struggle that remains focused on their liberation, not on protecting individuals who have lost their way. As we reflect on Ayaba Cho’s arrest, we must take this as a lesson on the dangers of unchecked power. The real injustice is not that he was arrested, but that for too long, leaders have been allowed to operate without accountability, creating a culture where some believe they are immune from consequences. If we are to succeed, we must restore integrity and discipline to our movement. Our people deserve nothing less. Capo Daniel Chairman PRAP

WAR CRIMINALS BELONG BEHIND BARS REALITY KICKS IN WITH CHO AYABA Ayaba Cho’s refusal to appear in court and his failed hunger strike expose his weakness and his fear of accountability. No amount of bravado from his supporters can erase the atrocities he ordered, especially the innocent blood spilled in Guzang and Che Street Bamenda . Justice is closing in on every AGOVC leader involved in those war crimes targeting our own people . His tears behind bars won’t wash away the suffering of his victims. His refusal to face trial only confirms his guilt, and as the voices of the victims grow louder, the world will see him for what he truly is—a coward who unleashed terror but cannot stand to answer for his crimes. His case is going on even in his absence. The era of impunity is over. I will be informing our public about this case because such process is the only way reality will set in for our public interest to prevail Capo Daniel

PRAP Press Release Date: January 16, 2025 Condemning the Brutal Execution of John Paul and Kidnapping of Civilians: A Call for Neighborhood Defense The People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) strongly condemns the brutal execution of John Paul, manager of Nso Boys Travel Agency, and the abduction of his brother by Ambazonia fighters. This heinous act, which involved dragging both men out of their home, executing John Paul along the way, and forcing his brother to call mourning relatives to demand ransom, is a grave violation of human rights and an affront to the dignity of our people. This tragedy highlights an escalating trend of attacks against civilians by rogue elements operating under the guise of liberation. Such atrocities not only destroy families but undermine the core values of justice and accountability that genuine struggles for freedom should uphold. These criminal actions, carried out in the name of Ambazonia, are unacceptable. Even when legitimate factions engage the Cameroon military, such actions inadvertently embolden criminals, who exploit the conflict to prey on innocent civilians. The line between just resistance and outright criminality has become increasingly blurred, causing immense suffering in our communities. PRAP urges our communities to take immediate steps to safeguard themselves through the following measures: FORMATION OF ANTI-GANG / Organize Neighborhood Watches: Communities must come together to create local defense networks to deter attacks and protect each other. QUATA HEAD LEADERSHIP Strengthen Unity: Divided communities are more vulnerable to exploitation. We must foster cooperation and shared responsibility for our safety. EXPOSE BAD BOYS LOCATIONS Expose Perpetrators: Criminals hiding behind the Ambazonian cause must be exposed and ostracized. Their actions must not define our collective struggle. PRAP also calls on Ambazonian leaders and factions to publicly denounce and actively combat criminal activities within their ranks. Silence on these issues is complicity, and the failure to address such atrocities discredits any claims to represent the interests of the people. The time has come for all Ambazonians to recognize the grave harm caused by these criminal elements. True liberation cannot be built on the suffering of innocent people. Let us unite to reject these acts of violence and protect the sanctity of civilian life in our communities. PRAP remains committed to advocating for peace, justice, and the protection of human rights in our territories. Signed, Ndong Emmanuel Ngong (Capo Daniel) Chairman, People’s Rights Advocacy Platform

MISREPRESENTATION OF U.S. PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION INVITATION BY AGOVC The People’s Rights Advocacy Platform (PRAP) wishes to address the misleading claims made by the Ambazonia Governing Council (AGOVC) regarding their alleged invitation to attend the inauguration of President Donald J. Trump on January 20, 2025. After thorough inquiries, we can authoritatively confirm that no invitation to attend the U.S. inauguration ceremony has been extended officially to Ambazonia or the AGOVC. Inauguration invitations are typically issued by U.S. government representatives or event organizers based on political priorities and diplomatic relations. There is no public record or credible information to support AGOVC’s claim of such an invitation. Clarification on Personal Invitations While it is possible that an individual affiliated with AGOVC may have received a personal invitation, it is essential to clarify that such invitations are extended to private individuals and not to their organizations. Unrecognized political entities, such as the AGOVC—especially one led by an individual facing serious charges of crimes against humanity in Norway—are not eligible for formal recognition in such prestigious events. Reminder of Ayaba Cho’s Extremism and Travel Ban It is important to remind the public that AGOVC’s leader, Ayaba Cho Lucas, is barred from entering the United States and Canada due to his known involvement in extremism and actions that undermine peace efforts. This makes the AGOVC’s claim of formal representation at the U.S. inauguration highly dubious and a clear attempt to mislead the public. PRAP’s High-Level Engagement with U.S. Officials PRAP has been engaging in high-level discussions with U.S. officials to advance the legitimate struggle of the Ambazonian people. Our focus is on lobbying for recognition of Ambazonian rights and promoting the Peace Plant Paper (PPP) as a viable path to sustainable peace. Unlike AGOVC’s falsehoods, PRAP’s diplomacy is rooted in transparency and respect for international standards. The Dangers of Misrepresentation This false claim by the AGOVC mirrors similar deceptive tactics used by other leaders in the struggle, such as Sako Ikome’s fabricated claim of being invited to the United Nations. Such misrepresentation damages the credibility of the Ambazonian struggle and alienates potential allies. Misleading the people for organizational or personal gain undermines the integrity of our movement and jeopardizes the progress of genuine efforts for self-determination. A Call for Integrity and Accountability PRAP urges all Ambazonian organizations and leaders to prioritize honesty, responsibility, and respect for the truth. Trust and credibility are essential in building meaningful international partnerships. The Ambazonian people deserve leadership that operates with integrity and remains accountable to their cause. PRAP’s Commitment PRAP remains committed to genuine diplomacy, advocacy, and sustainable solutions for the Ambazonian struggle. We encourage Ambazonians to discern truth from fiction and to reject any attempts to exploit their hopes for personal or organizational benefit. Public Statement on the Burning of My Family Home in Bamenda It is with deep sorrow that I share the tragic news of the deliberate burning of my family’s compound, our cherished childhood home in Bamenda. This devastating incident, which occurred yesterday at 6 p.m., has caused immense pain to my family and underscores the profound security challenges facing our people today. I want to begin by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to the huge crowd of neighbors who came out in a courageous effort to try to stop the fire. Their compassion and solidarity in our moment of loss have been a source of comfort to me and my family. I also wish to thank the top Cameroon army commander who visited the scene and the army rescue commander who arrived after the house was completely destroyed. They personally explained the reasons for their delay, offered apologies, and acknowledged that their fire truck was unfortunately out of service at the time. Based on the information I have received, the armed individuals who carried out this attack were Ambazonian fighters, identified by their accents as being of Bui origin. Their behavior during the incident was highly unusual. After setting fire to the compound, one of the fighters ran back into the house to rescue my brother’s wife, who had been told to remain sleeping. Despite having the capacity to kill or kidnap my family members, they chose not to harm anyone. Instead, they behaved with an unusual level of restraint, refraining from issuing threats or using violence, and even returning the telephones they had collected from my family. This calm and calculated behavior contrasts sharply with how Ambazonian fighters have acted in the past when targeting individuals over political disagreements. If these fighters had come to burn my family compound because of my stance in the Ambazonian war, they would likely have made a video of the act, issued verbal warnings to my family members, or acted violently in anger. Instead, their actions suggest they were hired to carry out this despicable act. This is a shameful act by fighters who have sold their souls. Anyone involved in this disgraceful attack should be deeply ashamed of themselves. Eventually, the truth will come out, and justice will prevail. The timing of this incident, coinciding with ongoing family disputes, strengthens my suspicion that this act of arson was orchestrated by someone within my extended family circle, possibly an in-law residing abroad. This tragic event reveals a troubling reality: Ambazonian fighters are increasingly being used as tools for hire, settling personal disputes for a small price. This has created a dangerous environment where no one is safe, as anyone can pay to target another. This attack on a prominent Ambazonian leader is an embarrassment to all Anglophones. It should serve as a reality check for any Ambazonian leader who still supports liberation by force. These fighters, once heralded as defenders of our people, have now become tools of destruction for hire, undermining the very cause they claimed to fight for. Ambazonian fighters, even those I have disagreed with politically, have always been cordial toward my family in previous encounters. However, this incident highlights the broader threat facing all of us. If I, as a prominent Ambazonian leader who has represented this struggle on the global stage, can be targeted in this manner, then anyone living in Ambazonia is equally vulnerable. Our struggle has lost its way. What began as a fight for freedom has been hijacked by individuals who exploit it for personal or financial gain, turning it into a source of chaos and insecurity. Families across our land have suffered similar tragedies—arson, kidnappings, and worse. Whether a house is burned by the Cameroon army or Ambazonian fighters, the pain and loss are the same. It is time to put an end to this madness. The only solution lies in a peaceful resolution that addresses the aspirations of our people

AN OPEN LETTER TO JUSTICE AUGUSTIN NCHANG Recognition of Efforts Leading to Your Release and Advocacy for Peaceful Resolution of the conflict in Southern Cameroons Dear Judge Augustin NCHANG I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits following your recent ordeal. Your safe return has been a source of immense relief and joy for all who were concerned about your well-being. I am writing to express my heartfelt happiness regarding your release and to share some reflections on the circumstances surrounding it. As you may be aware, upon learning of your abduction, I, Capo Daniel chairman of The People Right Advocacy Platform (PRAP) , took immediate action by issuing a public ultimatum to your captors, demanding your unconditional release within 24 hours. This intervention was part of a broader effort to apply pressure on those responsible and to advocate for your freedom. We had other forces to intervene for your release. While your subsequent statement understandably focused on your personal experience, I was hopeful that it might also acknowledge the various interventions that contributed to your release, including mine. Recognizing such efforts is not about seeking personal validation but rather about empowering and encouraging those who strive to resolve these situations peacefully. Acknowledgment can serve as a testament to the effectiveness of non-violent advocacy and can inspire continued efforts to assist others who may find themselves in similar predicaments. The unfortunate incident of your abduction underscores a larger issue that extends beyond individual cases. It highlights the pressing need for a comprehensive and negotiated resolution to the ongoing crisis in our region. As someone who has experienced the impact of this conflict firsthand, your voice carries significant weight. Your advocacy for dialogue and peaceful resolution could play a pivotal role in bridging divides and fostering understanding among conflicting parties. The humanitarian crisis resulting from this conflict is profound. As of June 2023, Cameroon hosts about two million persons of concern, including one million internally displaced persons, 460,000 refugees and asylum-seekers, and 466,000 IDP returnees. Additionally, over 87,000 Cameroonian refugees are registered in various Nigerian states. These numbers reflect the dire circumstances faced by our compatriots, many of whom lack a platform to voice their suffering. It is imperative that we, who have the means and the audience, speak out on behalf of these voiceless individuals. Accepting the status quo as the new normal is not an option. The plight of over 87,000 registered refugees in Nigeria and even more internally displaced persons within our borders must be highlighted. Your position and experience uniquely position you to act as an ambassador for these individuals, bringing attention to their struggles and advocating for their rights. I want to assure you that we are steadfast in our commitment to condemning and calling out such acts of abduction and violence. Our goal is to promote peace, security, and respect for human rights for all individuals in our community. Once again, I am truly grateful for your safe return. I look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you and others to advocate for peace and to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Warm regards, NDONG Emmanuel aka Capo Daniel PRAP Chairman Tel: +17803998546 capodaniel@yahoo.com
