@donpoopencio @AtheistTakes True, their own words condemn them (Titus 3:11). Always a bad attempt to suppress in more unrighteousness.

@AtheistTakes Unless he always abstained from drugs, alcohol, junk food, nicotine, sex with strangers, and a host of other dangerous lifestyle choices, he doesnt really believe what he's saying.
If you truly believe this is it, then you'd do everything in your power to ensure a long life.

Why do people expect something else after this life if there has never been any indication at all from the universe of anything beyond this life?
No atheist has been able to coherently answer this for me.
And no, "people invent stuff to have hope" is not an answer. It's a dodge.
Because people only invent stuff based on what they know, so what knowledge from ancient humans caused them to invent gods and the after life? What did they witness that gave them any indication something beyond this life was even possible?

@VitoRey_x @AtheistTakes Atheists will replace the caption with Christians, and only Christians. Never Buddhists, maybe Muslims, but never anyone else outside of that. So much for "Abrahamic religions"
And yet, it's the exact same behaviour they do online (think Lilith Atheist).

@AtheistTakes These mythological arguments are so funny, they're always some bullshit like:
"Jesus touched a pot in this random verse, you know who else touched a pot? *Insert random pagan deity*"

@AtheistTakes Your BF is 17, and you're 15? Seems so in heart at least.

@sogefather12 @aigkenham It's likely just interpreting early "cavemen" through the worldview of the Young Earth Creationist. What would've likely happened after the Ark (living caves was easiest in comparison to building structures).

@aigkenham Is your point that the humans in Noah's time were as spiritually developed as the people of today?

Are “cavemen” the “missing links”?
We’ve all heard about “missing links”—supposed races of humanlike people who were similar to us but not as intelligent or skilled. While differences among people do exist, the only important difference has nothing to do with body shape, intelligence, or skill.
When many people hear the term cavemen, they usually think of primitive-looking, hairy (even apelike), cave-dwelling brutes. That is how they have often been depicted in secular museum dioramas illustrating man’s supposed ancestors or ancient relatives.
Because of this evolutionary type of propaganda, many people are confused about cavemen. However, there is a very simple definition for this term: “Cavemen” are people who live (or lived) in caves!
After Noah’s flood, eight people came off the ark, and from Noah’s three sons and their wives came all the people who live or have lived on this earth. The genealogies in Genesis make it very clear that these eight people descended from the first couple, Adam and Eve. This means that every person who has ever lived is a relative of everyone else. We are all members of the one human race—Adam’s race. Which means we are all sinners in need of salvation.
Now consider what happened at the time of the flood. A massive amount of technology was lost. Except for what Noah took on the ark, the pre-flood world’s technology, architecture, and other expertise were completely destroyed.
It took time for humans to restore knowledge and rebuild technology after the flood. For instance, the Bible tells us that Noah initially lived in a tent (Genesis 9:21).
As time progressed and the population increased on the earth, perhaps some people built homes out of stone. Some may even have taken pieces of the ark to build wooden structures to live in. Others may have found or dug caves to live in. If I had been one of those people, I would have found a cave to live in as I don’t have a talent to build things!
Throughout history, people have lived in different types of structures, depending on the available natural resources, the talents of individuals, and the amount of accumulated knowledge for technological advances.
No doubt Noah and his family began reinventing some of the technology lost at the flood. As time went on, their descendants developed new technologies as knowledge about the elements and laws of nature increased.
More tomorrow.

@Silencedestryr How many times does the phrase, “that’s not a human” get used throughout history to justify murdering humans in mass?

The greatest active crime, and the driver of the great cycle of violence, is the act of holding people who never committed a crime accountable for crimes people who no longer exist committed against people who also no longer exist. Committing new crimes does not equalize the scale, it only justifies new and present retaliation.
