🚨BREAKING: After a video of a Grain and Berry worker in Orlando going off on a military family went viral, the employee has lost her job.
Woman who was there with her mom and children asked if the establishment offered a discount for military members. Instead of responding respectfully, the worker had a meltdown and replied, “I don’t give a shit, I was told we don’t do that.” She then proceeded to call the customer names and repeatedly threatened to fight them.
The company later reached out to the family and apologized, stating: “The employee involved is no longer with the company. The behavior shown in the video is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we hold for our team or the experience we want any guest to have when visiting Grain & Berry.”
