Keep in mind: Court costs are separate from the fine associated with the traffic violation, meaning a citation could cost even more than before. The easiest way to avoid the increased costs? Slow down. Buckle up. Put the phone away. Obey traffic laws. Our goal has never been to write more tickets; it's to see fewer crashes, fewer injuries, and more people arriving home safely. In 2011, Sgt. Matt Jarvis retired after decades of service to Bellevue. Tonight, his son, Sgt. Mike Jarvis, begins his first shift as a sergeant. To honor the family legacy, we surprised him with the same “Sgt. Jarvis” cruiser decal his dad proudly displayed. Congratulations!

A driver who fled from officers during two traffic stops has been arrested. Following an investigation, with the help of Ofc. Pohevitz. Officer Kripal and I contacted the individual and requested his self-surrender. The driver complied and turned himself in 🚔⛓️@BellevuePolice
