Malignant narcissists are viciously abusive—but what makes them so devastating is who they choose to target. They don’t attack people for bad behavior; they attack people for being pathologically healthy. They go after the innocent, the non-aggressive, the genuinely good. It’s as if they’re determined to pull out the worst in someone just to “prove” they were never a good person. They aim to destroy good people for the sake of it. Why? For a narcissist, reality is a competition for moral high ground—one they can’t win honestly. Good people naturally earn respect, trust, and affection through their character. To a narcissist, this feels like an existential threat. If others see someone else as more admirable, it exposes the narcissist’s own emptiness. So they flip the script. If they can drag a good person down—make them lose their composure, tarnish their reputation, or look hypocritical—they erase the contrast. It’s not just about hurting the victim; it’s about proving to themselves and everyone else that no one is truly better than them.

Ever since I learned about the way the subconscious mind works, I take people mistreating me so much more seriously. People who mistreat you are programming "worthlessness" into your subconscious, which alters your perception of reality.

@theralkia That's why we must abandon be who they want us to be and believe yourself can be equally good and evil. After that, you train your dark to be themselves too as well as the good. Just keep good on top.

Time reveals who's for us and who isn't. Removing access from people I had a feeling were no good for me reveals who they are: spiteful and holding grudges. They think they are gonna be forgiven for that? Are they really dumb?

@banassalah See, people have lost sight of what is truly real. Yes, loyalty may make us real. To other people, but what about ourselves? I swear people spend so much time being who their partner wants them to be they forget to people being themselves is a real connection too.

This generation is one of the reasons I’m losing faith in finding something real, real connection..

See.... In this grand scheme of things. If grudges really are the good thing like I was taught they are, wouldn't that mean, by default, forgiveness loses? I just don't believe forgiveness loses to anyone. Once you open yourself to the wonders, it's hard going back.

Worst thing I ever did was fall for her tears, worst thing I did was feeling so bad that I hurt her that I caved and apologized, knowing I'll be sorry and that's what I get and being told it was okay when it was not okay rips me up even more. She obviously beats me....

@KatharinaLeAnn When you forgive, your heart opens up and all of your love starts flowing through you. Letting go of years of hatred, for what? Holding a grudge is like drinking poison expecting the other person to die.

Somebody explain to me like I’m 5… how forgiving others sets me free.

@DanielvsBabylon The deception is teaching naive kids that grudges are good and forgiveness is evil, then tricking you again by saying grudges are evil, too.

Remember, Satan can come to you in your dreams and visions as an angel of light. Make sure you’re listening to the right voice. To say you could never be deceived makes you proud and arrogant. The Holy Bible warns us all against deception, not just a select few.

@energyhealingjw I mean..... I could be myself just to get under your skin because it hurts me every day they be who I want them to be. Why not hurt them back? Yeah, it's good hurting them back, right? They're the ones "being good" they can never hurt you again. Have at it.

One thing people need to understand about extremely kind, nice, and loving people, is that their other side is just as extreme. It's their moral compass that makes them gentle. Don't mistake their self-control for weakness.
