@Delta we were always Delta comfort, but now we lose the in flight screens on a cross country flight

@Delta when you pay as much as I did for a ticket, I would hope for a better response than hopefully we can do better.

@Delta I booked a flight based on the plane amenities and less than 24 hrs before the flight you change the plane giving me less, not happy
