But to hit your point. You point to a single verse a single part of a chapter of the Bible. You then take your entire argument and demand no other context is needed. My problem is not the Torah as I said it’s the first 5 books of the Bible. My problem is the Talmud. Specifically the Babylonian Talmud that is the single most followed book in the modern Jewish faith. I have read a lot of it and still working though it. It’s is not a set of rules to follow it’s not just arguments. It is what most Jews today follow more closely than the Torah.

Anyone born to a Jewish mother is a Jew. In order to join the tribe, Jewish males must be circumcised on their 8th day.
