Thomas Massie is a HERO. 🇺🇸 Massie was the single most aggressive driver in Congress behind the Epstein Files Transparency Act that he co-authored with Rep. Ro Khanna. He filed the discharge petition that forced the issue onto the floor, drove the 427-1 House vote, and secured President Trump’s signature on November 19, 2025 — making it Public Law 119-38. With the Epstein Files Transparency Act now law, it explicitly requires the DOJ to release ALL unclassified records, including internal memos, emails, meeting notes on charging decisions, and fully unredacted investigative files. No carve-outs for protecting the powerful. This isn’t partisan theater. It’s a permanent legal weapon against elite impunity — statutory law that survives administrations, AGs, and future cover-ups. Massie didn’t just talk, he wrote the law, took the heat from every direction, and refused to let it die. We need more like him.
