First off, sorry to hear about the sad sinking feeling. I’ve been through it. I’m a believer that there is joy to be had but often times self imposed limitations or beliefs buried deep down that have been leading an individual’s actions to not make the right choices to what truly fulfills them. And boy oh boy so many in this society have those limiting beliefs. You said “If you dig deep enough nothing actually makes sense or has any use” That’s heavy. Do the following steps in thought help? “Even if reality is strange and open-ended, love, relief, beauty, and care still feel real.” “Some of the best parts of life are felt more than explained” If yes, They keys to your joy and fulfillment exist, we just need to do some work to craft new patterns

there's this sad, sad feeling that has slowly been sinking into my heart as I head towards age 30 (currently 26) things I cared about as a child apparently don't matter what even matters? money - I've made enough, though I genuinely believe that money is of little use beyond the basics romance - what's even the point? So many things could go wrong about it. And even if it goes right - eventually we are all alone. It's like a "meh" thing - everyone has romance/family hobbies - gaming, motorcycling, music, travel - while fulfilling and fun, they all seem like some form of escape status games, luxury stuff, even the concept of "building something" - doesn't seem worth it at all so what even it "worth doing"? What is it that one aims for? If you dig deep enough nothing actually makes sense or has any use perhaps this is how life is supposed to be - floating in the ether which nothing to look forward to but nothingness

These are my favorite posts right now because with four young kids close in age my wife and feel like we are losing our marbles sometimes but it’s good to know we aren’t the only ones. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

Great question! You are literally speaking to the person who loves helping people manifest all aspects. I just try to simplify the teachings when I am talking to a group of people online. It starts with how many hours a day you can allocate to your manifestation practice. If you can do 3 hours let’s say then you can divide it up 1 hour each. But for me one of the best things to do is to have an effective clearing technique like the Abraham Hicks Focus Wheel that I teach and that allows me to clear resistance on topics even if I’m not actively affirming for it.
