I genuinely have no words to describe the appreciation I have felt from my Chilis family this past week. I have cried so many happy tears from all the love they have shown me! I am truly blessed with the best team and I am so proud to be their leader! ❤️

CHR for Logan and Luke for delicious food. These guys did an amazing job in zone 2 communicating and ensuring food came out hot, fast, and delicious! They had 0 refires and today on a busy Friday shift and today was Luke’s first shift out of training. Super proud of these guys!

CHR for Timmy for living our purpose in his new role as AM. Timmy has owned his new role as AM focusing on creating that sense of belonging with his tms while also coaching on hospitality behaviors throughout the shift. His future is a bright one and we are 🍀 he’s on our team!

ATLs to Kathy and Nolan living our purpose by making everyone feel special. They took on many roles tonight ensuring we greeted guests at the door, focused on Chilis clean, and made sure guests had hot and fresh food. They were great support for their team and myself tonight!
