@_Railcards It doesn't need to be automated - just an agreement that people can travel on expired railcards until your system is fully functioning and people can renew. I've been trying to renew for almost a week now.

@CaraLaw Hi Cara, I'm afraid this isn't something that can be done due to the Railcard system being automated and not being amendable.

Websites are tricky so we haven't been able to completely mend ours yet. You can still purchase/renew your Railcard at any manned National Rail station or give us a call on: 0345 3000 250. We've upped our agents to keep wait times low. They will be available to call until 10pm.

@CaraLaw Got to Manchester with Uber, then train to Crewe, another to Chester, then finally got on a train to Bangor but ended up sat on it for half an hour before they booted us off because it was broken, now sat on another train to Bangor waiting to move.

Using Uber to get from Huddersfield to Manchester because of all the train issues. Hopefully we’ll have more luck from there! #PsyPAG2018
