The Conception Bay South and St. John’s Regional fire departments are on the scene of a commercial structure fire on Oakes Lane in Long Pond at the moment. A large commercial building is on fire and heavy winds are thwarting the firefighting effort.

Members of 103 #SAR Sqn medevaced an ill patient from a mine near Voisey’s Bay N.L. 19 April. Local first responders stabilized the patient and despite poor weather in the region, the Cormorant crew was able to transfer the patient to an ambulance in Goose Bay. #RCAF #RESCUE
