@paul67davis I could think of a few people who could offer a hack Paul albeit I can’t think of one myself. I really need to wash our van soon just takes so long I would hate to think what the roof is like 🤦

Sparkly clean again now. Anyone know of a hack to stop the water pick for the cordless washer up curling up inside the roll? aqua

@rob3047 Omg a hack!! I just ask all my friends to comment on it to get the engagement going and say how ground breaking it is.. I would have never thought of this myself… Oh wait. Been doing this and every other ‘hack’ for 20 years 😊

@CaravanNut @EmMidlife @BobEarnshaw @KarIngham Personally I’d get a collapsible water container, fill it up and drink from that as even using auricles you can’t get it completely clean.

@Brooksontour @bruno1cat We were only discussing Exebridge the other day actually so possible yes. Shame to hear about the repair albeit you’ve had it a while now so not too bad.

@Caravanningwit2 @bruno1cat Thanks Oliver, caravan is in for small repair to the seal around the sink and hob unit as it was beginning to move 😳. We will be back to seasonal again this year although sadly the season is very short this year. Time for another visit from you and Lucy?

@MattTakeThree @modernheroestv 5k budget I think I’d be seriously looking at either a Passat or Superb estates as you so similar miles to me. 2.0 diesel one of those is pretty decent and seem to go on forever as taxis etc.

@modernheroestv Leaf for sale has got me thinking. With BiK changes, there's a real chance that this DMax will be my last, and that in 2-3yr I'll be allowance/own car. 30k/pa minimum & need ground clearance for aggregate roads/farm tracks. Where would your 💰 be? £5k budget.

Didn't post this over Christmas. Hot water crust pastry pork pie made by me. It's an annual tradition in our family to make one going back to victorian times.

Don't know what I've clicked on to upset the algorithm, but my timeline is filled with a group of young caravanners who appear to think they've just invented caravanning.

@TedWelford Would agree with you there. The partners A1 is the same colour and I washed it th other day but didn’t really need it bearing in mind it does 40mls cross country daily on super dirty roads.

I know these primer grey-like colours get a lot of flak but I will always maintain that they’re excellent at hiding/minimising dirt – 12 months of country roads without a wash here!

@Brooksontour @CaravanNut You won’t believe it but the most unpopular Seville. So much so they made the Merida to get back to the end washroom. Shame as I agree it’s a nice spacious layout.

Nothing funnier than new caravanning influencers reinventing the wheel and claiming it as their "hack".
