I filmed a short podcast yesterday on solar fire safety. One of my ideas is that all homes with solar / batteries installed. Should have a sign or symbol on the front. So the fire brigade know quickly & can deal with the incident appropriately against the risk. What do you think?

@BeardedIFA Absolutely that’s another big issue. Wales was leading 10 years ago with sometime called the code for sustainable homes. Labour pulled this back because the big house builders kicked off. That would have mandated all homes in wales to have it plus other tech

Energy policy is wrong in this country. Solar should be the primary focus for homes. Every home where possible should have solar to avoid buying this ridiculously costing power in the first place. Then heat pumps should be a secondary. No solar, no heat pump #solar #heatpumps
