The USDOL just released guidance to states for the FPUC. ADWS will begin to put this into place & distribute to eligible recipients later this week through your direct deposit or debit card. If you've already applied for unemployment, there is no need to apply again.

Due to a record number of people filing for Unemployment Benefits at this time, we ask for your patience when you are calling or trying to file online. We are in the process of upgrading our systems to better serve all Arkansans.

YOU CAN NOW FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ONLINE 7 DAYS A WEEK. Our telephone hotline will re-open on Monday at 8:00 a.m. We are working to process claims over the weekend and continuing to upgrade our system to help serve all Arkansans.

If you submitted your claim and it was received but NOT processed because of a need for additional information, please call 1-844-908-2178 from 8am-3:30pm M-F to provide the information needed. We have extended the time to call and provide information from 3 to 7 business days.
The EZARC online application system is available and working properly. Go to ezarc.adws.arkansas.gov to process your claim. Please understand that extremely high numbers of people are applying and if you are not connected on the first try, wait a few minutes and then try again.
