@bobcardofficial Ticket No. 15370574, Complaint pending from 29th April 2026 regarding Deletion of Old Application due to which Not able to apply for fresh BOB credit card, kindly see urgently as I will forward case to RBI

@RBI complaint no N202627023183 dated 19th May,No action till date, regarding non closure of BOB credit card within 7 working days.Although BOB credit card closed but after around 3 months of application date. No penalty by RBI on BOB for untimely closure of credit card.

@mymoneymantra a big fraud company having fraud employee who are using the sentiment of customer in providing loan with false promises.I request everyone to not go ahead with these fraud employee

@canarabank What should I do with tracking option I want result of my credit card application submitted,in Today's world when every bank is taking application online,Canara forcing customer to visit bank again and again,get humiliated for non working and irresponsible lethargic employee

@canarabank Not able to apply for credit card online or offline inspite of having bank account, trying from past three days , submitted form offline to lethargic third class employee of Canara, Don't bother for customer hardships Kindly improve,SBI and PNB are better in service

@canarabank After 7 days,No response from bank for credit card application,See the rigid attitude of Canara Employee after even meeting with Branch Manager, signifies that bank don't take credit card customer seriously.where should I go for complaint.totally helpless

@Cardfinology @canarabank U can visit another canara bank branch. Its not mandatory to visit home branch for credit card. I have two cards select and world.

let's see when my application will be processed already 5 days over.I advise not to go with Canara even for Bank account as totally unresponsive customer service.Poor People were to be advised to visit again for completion of their work by employee.Other PSU banks are better

I also faced worst experience at Canara Branch. Official did not treat well for a Credit Card applicants. @canarabank staff behaviour is pathetic ❌ My application was approved for Master World but card was issued Master Gold. Matter under grievance redressal of Canara & :RBI.

That was partially filled. Left over portions like Card Type, Job Profile etc, I filled mannually. 💫They provide a link to give consent on application. 💫Yesterday, i got approval message along with scanned copy of application form on which Master World Card Type mentioned. 💢When I checked my app, it was surprised for me, here Master Gold Card was appearing instead of Master Gold. 👉Again, today I visited branch for same but behaviour of staff was not looking pleasant. As they don't consider credit card applicants as their customers. 👉I showed him my application on which Master World was mentioned. But, again they started about eligibility & limits all. 👉I felt that it was not matter of a card approval but my overall experience in 3 visit to Canara was absolutely bad as bank customer relationship. ✔️Many other banks are their nowadays who welcome a customers. Things have changed but Canara a PSU has not changed its relationship with customers. 💫I will now esclate this approval letter to RBI Grievances redressal now. 🎯What is your @canarabank customer relationship experience? It's first time I saw a bank approved card other than applied for. #ccgeek

@HSBC_IN Not able to get approved your credit card after trying four times in past one year inspite of having good Cibil and having credit cards of reputed bank like SBI,ICICI,HDFC, Federal etc

Avoid using @getscapia @scapiasupport because most of the cases they are rejecting applications rather appy other bank credit cards like HDFC Axis etc they are more likely to get approved and not making argument like @getscapia @FederalBankLtd making...Shameful
