@HSBC_IN A template response is not a solution. I am stranded without money for food because of your system failure. Waiting 72 hours is not reasonable in this situation. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to Reserve Bank of India.

Hi @HSBC_IN, I've been paying interest and GST for 4 months on an EMI for a product I cancelled and was refunded for in Jan 2026. My April statement now shows a ₹10,881.37 due because my refund credit is exhausted. I raised ticket [39841926] 4 days ago with no response. Please close Loan CC26116001696 and reverse the ₹1,596 in wrong charges. #HSBC #ConsumerComplaint #Banking
