@HSBC_IN @RBI @HSBC - 19 days have passed. I asked about conversion of normal home loan to smart loan to peddar rd branch- bank told RBI dosen't allow. RBI is tagged in this tweet, please repeat that it is RBI who does not allow this conversion, then why bank website says it is allowed.

Dear @HSBC_IN, I didn’t expect this from you. I upgraded my Platinum card to the TravelOne card because of the ongoing 50% annual fee waiver offer. So far, I haven’t received the cashback. Also, even after spending over ₹30,000 on shopping with the TravelOne card, I haven’t received a single reward point—not even the base points. What is going on? (1/2) @HSBC_IN, why is your onboarding for the TravelOne so opaque? ​Applied Feb 23, VKYC done in 1hr. Since then: ​Total silence for 20+ days. ​A "phantom" call from an agent who confirmed eligibility but hung up as I had applied digitally. ​Support just says "Wait 21 days."

@HSBC_IN applied for credit card on 5th of Feb, got rejected even before the application can be completed, no reason-no explanation for rejection, asked to wait for 30 days to reapply. Multiple emails to ask for rejection reason, but no exact reason provided.
