Is this acceptable when not listed as a restricted view?

@principalitysta @TicketmasterUK disappointed. Bought disabled access seats …… L15. Told no room as wheelchairs in my spot and put in L14. View blocked by speaker towers and screens obstructed. I didn’t pay full price for “ restricted views”. Not happy!

@TicketmasterCS - I appreciate that you are busy but I’ve no other way to get in touch with anybody re: voided access tickets that have been changed for ones that are not suitable for my needs for Oasis on Saturday night in Cardiff. This is really stressing me out.
