@Cardinal0821 @TechSphereAcad Congratulations man! 👏

Completed an important learning milestone with TS Academy @TechSphereAcad earlier this year, and this month I got to attend the TS Academy Hangout 🚀
Really enjoyed the conversations around analytics, growth, and impactful projects with data.

Power BI itself wasn’t the hard part for me because of my Excel background. @Microsoft keeps a pretty consistent experience across its tools. Making learning alot easier.
But DAX?, that’s a different story 😂

How long did it take you to understand Power BI?
English

Exactly 💯
But you need to understand your syntax well to be able to efficiently express your solutions😊
Nestor@NestorDev1_
Programming is less about memorizing syntax and more about solving problems 💻💯

Consistency
Job marketing
Not having accountability partner

what’s your biggest struggle right now in becoming a data analyst? consistency? job market? confusing roadmap? or not having an accountability partner?

Also great connecting with people from other tech spaces like project management and cybersecurity.
I've been sharpening my Power BI & DAX skills lately, and excited to start sharing some projects soon😊.

I recently completed my Data Analytics cohort at @TechSphereAcad with @ezekiel_aleke and at the perfect time, I landed not one but two internships.
After unanswered applications and even a rejection mail, I never gave up.
Surely, A moving man will always meet his luck😌✨

@ehiokupa @mainolufemi @PulseSportsNG So why do we do the test anyways, I mean for us in Nigeria.
When you feel symptoms and go to a hospital, they charge for test and run blood or urine test, sometimes both even when they already know they are going to see 😂
English

@mainolufemi @PulseSportsNG Malaria test na normally +ve for just about everyone living in Nigeria.
Never heard anyone got tested and returned -ve.

🚨 𝐍𝐄𝐖: Victor Osimhen has revealed that he was rejected by two Belgian clubs after being diagnosed with malaria and typhoid 🥵
“It was destined," Osimhen said. "At first, I went to a club in Belgium. I was rejected because I had malaria and typhoid. I moved back to Germany; I started training.
"Another club in Belgium called me. I did the medical and everything. The doctor said, 'Yeah, for me, everything is perfect.' So the president of the club said because the first club that called me didn’t sign me, they also cannot sign me. I shook his hand, I said, 'Thank you very much,' and I left. I moved on.”

Day 2 Puzzle for Data Analysts!
Let’s see how good you are with your analysis and with research:
“You’re analyzing Valentine’s Day weekend sales (Feb 14th, 2026).
Saturday showed:
∙1,000 orders
∙$50 average order value
∙$50,000 revenue
Sunday (today) shows:
∙1,200 orders (+20%)
∙$45 average order value (-10%)
∙$54,000 revenue (+8%)
Your VP of Sales says: ‘Sunday crushed it! Way more orders AND higher revenue!’
Your VP of Marketing says: ‘Sunday was a disaster. We’re losing our high-value customers.’
Who’s right? Drop your take in the comments!
English

@DabereNnamani ... high value products were sold out on Saturday(main day), forcing customers to settle for alternatives leading to the low 'average order value' not really loosing high value customers.
English

@DabereNnamani I think neither of the VPs is wrong because they are both looking at different KPIs.
Sunday nailed it in my opinion because it's a day after Valentine's day but had more orders and revenue.
The low 'average order value' could be inventory-driven. This is because...

Completed this Power BI project as part of my learning at TS Academy, a dataset provided by my amazing tutor @ezekiel_aleke.
Not much cleaning happened on this dataset, just designing a dashboard to uncover meaningful business insights.
Below what the data reveals:
