City Year Care Force

Thanks to @CSX and @OpGratitude for a great service event done in Tampa today, where volunteers created 5000 care packages for active duty military. Also, shoutout to @ThunderBugTBL for making an appearance as well.

What an exciting week for the Care Force and @CSX partnership! On Tuesday, we graduated our 15th Team of AmeriCorps Members sponsored by CSX. Then, this Saturday we are back on the road with CSX collaborating on a Pride in Service event with @OpGratitude down in Tampa, FL.

Team Care Force is in both Chicago and Denver preparing for two powerful days of service with @TIAA! So far this week, we have wood shopping and prep as well as mural painting prep We’re looking forward to seeing everyone out later this week! #CityYear #CityYearCE

Thank you, @sap! Last week, Care Force had the honor of leading 20 SAP volunteers in virtual service. Through this service, we piloted a new service created by TCF member Stuart, focused on environmental sustainability!

Last Thursday, Care Force alongside Aramark Volunteers partnered together with the Philly Parks and Rec and FNC Community Learning Farms to transform spaces at the park on 8th and Poplar. Thank you, Aramark! #AramarkVolunteers #CityYear #CityYearCE
