Y’know, @TIAA , it doesn’t make me feel confident about your online systems that when I try to connect my bank via Yodlee or whatever, the system fails right after I’ve put in my credentials. I feel like it happened last time I tried it a year or so as well. Oh well Paper it is

I have used many financial platforms but for the size Of the company and assets under management @TIAA has to the worst from product support to customer support and ease of use they stand alone as awful. Most importantly transferring assets from IRA to brokerage is hapless.

Been 8 days since I faxed in my traditional to roth conversion. Zero communication, nothing. Called today and no explanation why the conversion hasn't happened. Talked to an investment specialist who had no explanation. He literally typed a communication note somewhere asking "them" to proceed with the conversion and told me theyd reach out in a couple days, pushing what should be a short process into several weeks. Absolutely disgusting.

@TIAA Just did survey about updating beneficiaries but couldn't make this suggestion. You should be able to choose which accounts to apply to that beneficiary (radio buttons), rather than having to update that same person under every account. You could still have multiple people.

@TIAA how does an account holder get some accountability for your employees. The level of incompetence by some of your "associates" is mind boggling. Then the managers/supervisors are never available for escalating a problem. Its beyond frustrating!!!! And sadly, its a pattern.
