California Governor Gavin Newsom dismissed voter ID laws as “madness,” pointing to the fact that he lost his birth certificate when he was seven.
“This is madness, voter ID…Do you know where your birth certificate is? I lost that at seven. I don’t even know where to begin to get it back.”
Clearly this proves he lacks an ounce of competency as we all know.
