@Carlamccall1 Yep, this is #1 because it impacts my snoring for up to 3 nights after. I knew it had a direct impact, but was shocked it goes on for multiple nights.

I’ve been tracking my snoring for the past 3 months. Breathing exercises helped initially, but it worsened again, so I started measuring it and the factors impacting my snoring. I’ve found some significant patterns, any guesses on the biggest factors?

Another random #leadership thought. When debating, avoid the word "you". Debates are about the topic, not the person. Using the word "you" is making it about the person and will be met with defensiveness. Try rewording sentences, the debate will feel less personal, as it should.
