Call me insane, but I think I just found my next trade.

Steven Bartlett says a few glasses of wine ruined the next 3 days of his life “It's one of those areas where you don't understand the hidden cost until you really give it up for a while. I stopped drinking at 30 years old. I'm now 33. When I was 31, I thought, I'll have a drink again because now I could really A/B test it. I had a year of not drinking, decided to have a drink again” “It ruined three days of my life. I had a couple of glasses of wine, didn't get drunk. It ruined three days of my life because of the domino effect it caused” “I got worse sleep that night, and then because I got worse sleep that night, I ate more poorly the next day because my dopamine system or whatever, the cortisol system was all messed up. I podcasted worse. I didn't go to the gym that day or the day after because I felt really bad. I then slept worse, and I could track all of this on my Whoop”

Rick Rubin just had Garry Tan on Tetragrammaton. Worth your time. @garrytan made the comparison I can’t stop thinking about. The personal AI revolution is happening right now. Same as when Apple put a computer in your hands in the 80s. Overnight, individuals could do what only big companies could do before. That’s exactly where we are with AI. I’m a percussion teacher with zero coding background. I built my own AI agent. Runs 24/7. That’s the point. This isn’t AI for corporations. It’s AI for you. The PC gave everyone a computer. AI gives everyone a team. @rickrubin @tetranow

Jeff Bezos said the bottom half of Americans should pay zero federal income tax. He cited a nurse in Queens making ~$75K and paying ~$12K in taxes saying “we shouldn’t be asking this nurse in Queens to send money to Washington.”

Facts It's great that Jeff Bezos thinks this way, because too many people who don't make money think that giving money to the government will solve a lot of their problems. They think these government programs are the answer, and it's clearly not. You can look at the federal level or at the state level, and you will see that a lot of government programs are simply waste.
