Such a wonderful, expansive conversation with Long Now cofounder Brian Eno on the @ezraklein show today. "Eno is more than just a sonic technician or tinkerer. He’s this wonderful thinker and philosopher of art." na2.hubs.ly/H01pG-Z0

@paramendra @RonConway @peterthiel @naval @sacca Please note! I am not in need of additional deal-flow cold calls. (Or at least be funny, even if inadvertently. My favourite was from someone from the UK who said, "My aunt saw you on the telly and said I should write to you.")

@JohnMcWhorter Just curious: What's the meaning of "Моей" at the front of your book? Yes, forgive me, I have not yet read it - got it yesterday, busy today, but was already glancing at it :)

@jasonaking2011 @DavidDidau @Kris_Boulton @edyson @rrunsworth @joboaler I actually agree with David—it is better not to make mistakes. This is at the heart of Sweller's argument that borrowing and reorganising is better than randomness as genesis in learning. We can learn from mistakes, but I think generally it's better to get it right first time.

I’ve seen teacher teaching that argues you are literally leaning even you make mistakes, implying that you must make mistakes in order to learn.

Down the United Health rabbit hole: What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. "If you find a bad thing that has happened to a public company, I will find you a securities fraud case." bloomberg.com/opinion/newsle…
