@TheAA_UK Someone has finally arrived just minutes before 23.00. They have been waiting since 12.30pm. They will be requesting their AA membership back and will never use your service again. An appalling way to treat people, especially those in their 70s.

@TheAA_UK Recovery now not coming till at least 22.30. They are in their 70s and will have been waiting 10hrs by then. Utterly disgraceful!!

@TheAA_UK my parents in their 70s have been waiting 6hrs for recovery now on the M27. Is it normal for elderly lifelong members with health conditions to still be waiting now when told at 12.30pm they'd be collected at 2.30pm?

@TheAA_UK I DM'd over half an hour ago. Still no updates to me or them. They've been waiting 7 hours now

@CarolineEDay Hi Caroline, we're sorry about the delays. Demand for service is extremely high at the moment and we're doing everything we can to get to Members as quickly as possible. If they've not had an update yet, please DM their reg and we can chase this up.

@armsiee It's never our intention to leave any Member waiting, we've been doing all we can to get to our Members as quickly as possible. We hope the Member has spoken with the team to raise their concerns.

Today in Portsmouth there will be a 117 gun salute for her Majesty starting at 1.00 pm. 21 guns for the Sovereign and one for each year of the Queen’s life. Also the Lord Mayor will lay flowers on the Guildhall steps at 1.30pm. When I have more details I will post #Southsea
