When conservative justices want to eliminate women's/LGBTQ+ rights, they ridicule implying unwritten rights from the Constitution's structure. Penumbras? What a joke! But when they want immunize an executive from crimes, suddenly implied, unwritten rights is perfectly fine.

From syllabus: "... absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts."
