Caroline Paluk

Caroline Paluk has improved more in two years than any player that I can recall in recent memory. She rebounds, defends, hits the 3-ball and just does all of the “dirty work” for us. Kennedy Latson is the ultimate team player. She defends at a high level & plays hard as hell!

Excited for this weekend in Hamilton. Here is my schedule for the spring/summer:

Caroline Paluk’s game has expanded. She has always been a slasher & a capable r defender & rebounder. These days she is an effective three point threat and is able to create shots for herself.

Thankful for a great season with my Mercy team. A huge thank you to our seniors for their leadership and pushing the team to be better every day. Honored to have been selected to the All-Catholic team. Excited to get back with my Michigan Storm 2027 team soon. @stormAAU

Mercy held Regina scoreless for approximately an 8-minute stretch ending the 1st qtr and deep into the 2nd qtr as they scored 18 straight to turn a slim 2-pt edge into a 27-7 lead. With Mercy still up 20, Regina mounted an 8-pt run to begin the 4th and cut the margin down to 45-33, but Mercy answered with a 9-2 run to push the lead back out to 19 at 54-35. The 18-pt run was the deciding factor as Mercy wins 58-38. The jr trio of Naimah Kelly (pictured, #12), Caroline Paluk (pictured, #14), and Elle Geerlings (pictured, #23) combined to score 47 of Mercy's 58 points. Kellum used a combination of her smooth jumper and her athletic slashing to lead all scorers with 20, while also adding a game-high 4 assists. Like-wise, Paluk and Geerlings took the opportunities that arose scoring from the perimeter and going to the basket to add 14 a & 13, respectively. Soph Emersen Holder hit a trio of 3s to lead Regina with 11 points, while also hustling her way to a game-high 9 rebounds from the PG position. Sr Samantha Thomas and jr Lily Hansen contributed 9 & 8 points, respectively.
