It's been a great little journey and I thoroughly enjoyed running the parody for many many years and I hope it brought you a bit of amusement too I'll keep the account 'live' because you never know which politician could peak my interest in the future so don't unfollow just yet

It's a sad inditement of politics and the direction of the country, where you're concerned that a light hearted parody could offend so badly that police may be alerted or a legal letter could land on the doormat. As they move towards sectarianism, I see it as a distinct reality
