I was a bit wobbly when I got up this morning. I dropped some paperwork into school and then decided to go to the nearby Aldi. On the way I passed the Pharmacy next to my GP and decided last minute to swing in and get a blood pressure check. So glad I did 220/99 🥺

@CarrMillite Bin it had same sorta issues with swann gear twice hard drive either packed in or said was full gave up got Verisure now monthly bill but 100% reliable pain charging cameras thou won’t lie

CCTV system gone offline. It doesn’t give you a clue as to what’s gone wrong and I’ve tried the turn it off turn it on again to no avail so messaged the engineer. £60 call out charge! And yes, I would expect a call out charge but that seems a bit steep

For obvious reasons (see previous post) a shopping trip didn’t happen today. So making do with what I had in. Sardine salad 🥗

An electric socket in the shed has failed, a bulb in the kitchen has blown, the CCTV has gone down. Turn the calendar over from Mum’s picture in March to April in April 🐶 💔 And to top it all my phone has just sent me every picture on my phone of the ex ‘over the years’

In better news, had an email today and I won £50 from one of the causes I support 😊

@ClareLou1878 I have a gorgeous glorious granddaughter who I love more than I can ever say. She means everything to me. And in two weeks time, I’ll have another one! They’re all that matter 👶 👶 I want to keep fit and healthy for them! I’m buying weights tomorrow 💪😍xx

@CarrMillite I don’t think you need to worry too much because I think it does go up at first but then should steady. It was on this morning I think. Keep an eye on it but you are lovely as you are, only do a lifestyle change if you feel better for it x

@MrsAA55 Pharmacist made me emergency GP appt. BP went down to 180. We’re looking at the root cause of it. Primarily I miss my mum and GP said time will take care of that. Then I’m dealing with the trauma that ex left me with. GP said fuck him he’s a prick 😂 Then we hugged. She’s fab 🥰

@ClareLou1878 Thank you Clare! GP said I could do keto because I feel so much better on it. But I definitely think you’re right. So I’ll be swapping the meat for fish, especially oily fish which I love. And the double cream will be Greek yoghurt. She took my BP again. It’s gone down to 180 🤔

@CarrMillite Hi Anne, hope you’re ok. Are you still doing keto? I may be wrong but I think with that lifestyle choice you can end up with blood pressure spikes up and down. Obviously don’t listen to me but may be best speaking to GP x

Looks like the hard drive on the cctv is fubar. As a replacement hard drive will probably be cheaper than the engineer callout I shall take advice. 😊

@Caleb7StH I remember years and years ago at Knowsley Road on Good Friday when we had a full team and they were decimated with injuries and fielded a load of kids. And they battered us.

This is the worst Good Friday squad I’ve seen in my lifetime and it’s not even close, the bookies better shift them odds quickly because there’s a cricket score inbound.
