@libsoftiktok That’s cool. I’d just prefer to have cheaper gas, peace in the Middle East, and pedophile elites thrown in jail

@DeAngelisCorey All of the liberal comments would be valid if the USA was in the top 20 in education….

Torah-honoring for Messianic Jews today means living out the commandments that apply without a Temple (Shabbat, feasts, etc.) - exactly as the Apostles modeled before 70 AD and as many do now.
Temple sacrifices aren’t part of New Covenant practice because of Yeshua’s finished work (Hebrews).
David Jayatillake ✝️@DSJayatillake
@jakobe291 I mostly agree with this but how complete do you see “Torah-honouring”. Jews who had accepted Christ should not, for example, engage in temple sacrifice as it would be a blasphemy against Christ.

A pack of Blacks surrounds not one but two White girls on a school field. They smack, stomp, kick, and punch them, one getting it much worse than the other.
They try to force her to repeat what they are saying. She doesn’t, so they continue to beat her. She cries, rolls, and pleads with them. She finally says what they’re demanding, but they still stomp and kick her more.
Her name is Bella. Bella shouldn’t have to live like this.
What if it was your daughter?

This road rage video is pure, gut-wrenching horror. A grown man mercilessly punching, knocking down, and head-stomping a frail elderly woman on the side of a Chicago highway—while she’s defenseless on the ground. The sheer brutality against someone so vulnerable is sickening.
Even worse? Bystanders are filming instead of stepping in to stop it.
This isn’t “rage”—it’s savagery. No civilized society lets this slide. Prayers for that poor lady, and may the coward face full justice. 😡

@rabbriansamuel We disagree on a few items. We agree on a few too

I believe in the divine authority of all Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation.
But when Paul told Timothy that all Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, he wasn't referring to his own letters or the gospels.
He was only referring to what we call the Old Testament.

If you’re arguing that “the Septuagint” or “the Dead Sea Scrolls,” both included certain books, and on that basis we must have those books in our Bibles today, then you have a big problem. Both “the Septuagint” and “the Dead Sea Scrolls” are mini-libraries — they include documents considered both scriptural and non-scriptural in their day.
For example, the Letter of Aristeas, 3rd and 4th Maccabees, the Ascension of Isaiah, the Testament of Job, the Life of Adam and Eve, the Psalms of Solomon, and the Assumption of Moses are all part of the Septuagint collections. The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs, The Community Rule, recordings of the last words of Joseph, Judah, Levi, Naphtali, and Amram (the father of Moses) were amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls. Few (if any) of these books are considered scripture today by modern Christian or Jewish groups.
Both the Septuagint and the Dead Sea Scrolls are representative of ancient library collections — collections that contained scripture but that were not themselves wholly considered scripture. We today group them in these convenient categories with these helpful titles, but it is a misunderstanding to think of them as, or necessarily representative of, a single thing.

@rabbriansamuel Keeping the law was never about keeping the law. It was about fellowship with God.. and now fellowship and being right with God is achieved through faith in Jesus Christ therefore, the law itself is no longer required to achieve the goal of the law

Romans 11:28 “but as regards the election they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers. For the gifts and call of God are irrevocable.” The covenant with Abraham has not been replaced by the New Covenant. The eternal covenant God made with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and their descendants has NOT been set aside.
