Made the most of it on the mound, needing just 28 pitches to get thru 3.0 shut-out innings, with 2 hits & 3 Ks without any walks. FB held the upper-80s, up to 91 mph. FB had plenty of carry and life. SL w/ high tilt shape & some wrinkle to it. Flashed the occ CH in the upper-70s w/ good fading depth. Filled the zone with strikes & was dominant — quick outs, minimal damage, etc. showed traits to like on the mound. Highlights brought to you by Rozzi Fireworks. To make it 2 straight games to end in 5 innings, and a combined +28 run differential, Moeller defeated CHCA 19-4 Friday evening. The Moeller offense registered 9 hits, and stayed patient at the plate, drawing 15 walks as every single Crusader starter and 16/17 that came to the plate got on base. @LukePappano was the only Crusader to record multiple hits, going 2-3 with 4 RBIs and a double. @Carter_c05 recorded the other extra base hit for the Crusaders, going 1-2 with 3 RBIs and a triple, his 6th of the year which leads the GCL. In the mound @Connor_Fuhrer got the start, going 4 innings, only walking 1 and striking out 3. @LukePappano closed it out in the 5th, going the final inning.
