@Cartier if you don’t speed this up I’m going to start releasing conversations between Julian and the manager at new Bond Street and your head office what you’ve said … make sure they put insurance on your order cause they didn’t with me and only got refunded postage

@Cartier Even tho DHL have clearly stated they’ve lost the package and refunded Cariter postage cause the store in new Bond Street refused to put insurance when sending out the order … now are refusing to give me my money back and contesting it when my bank have reached

@Cartier I purchased a £33,800 Cartier watch, but DHL lost it. DHL refunded them the postage cause they didn’t put insurance 😳, but I’m left without a watch or a refund. AS JULIAN AND NAN a the new Bond Street are not helping HEADOFFICE said no refund or replace I NEED HELP!!
