I thought Texas would be ground-zero for AGI, and moved here almost 2 years ago. The Texas triangle is booming, intense density for all the industries of the future: manufacturing, engineering, energy (including renewables, not only oil & gas), tech, medicine, Intelligence Factories, and space. Plus, its friendly business environment and amazing technical universities (Rice, A&M etc.) Geographically, it has all the ingredients to become one the most innovative and growth-oriented regions of the world. Watch this space.

I would love to see how people rank QBs and be consistent. I will give 3 QBs and it shows how flawed people's logic is in this fanbase. Purdy Hurts Herbert If you have Purdy #1 of those 3 then you have zero logic. People will say "I will take Purdy over Herbert because playoff success" and in the same breathe act as if playoff success means nothing when it comes to Hurts. You either have it Hurts, Purdy Herbert in that order because playoff success overrides everything or you have Herbert first because the talent gap and game in and game out production isn't debatable.
