We are thrilled to announce that Case-UK C.I.C has successfully passed the ISO27001 accreditation following a rigorous two-day on-site and remote audit. We are proud to report that Case-UK achieved a 'clean slate pass' with no major, minor, or areas for improvement identified. This achievement is a testament to our continuous improvement, as we have been steadily reducing the number of nonconformities with each audit. ISO 27001 is the globally recognised Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) standard, officially known as the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management standard. Achieving this certification demonstrates that Case-UK C.I.C has implemented a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information, including participant and employee details, intellectual property, financial information, and third-party data. A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to our ISO27001 accreditation success. This success is a true reflection of our teamwork and collaborative spirit. #ISO27001 #InformationSecurity #AuditSuccess #teameffort #securitystandards #CertificationSuccess #DataProtection

Loneliness Awareness Week is a dedicated time to shine a light on the issue of loneliness and foster supportive communities through open conversations. This impactful campaign is led by Marmalade Trust, a leading charity committed to raising awareness and empowering people to make meaningful connections. This year's theme, "Meeting Loneliness Together" , encourages everyone to understand, talk about, and create connections to combat loneliness. Loneliness is a significant issue worldwide. Nearly 1 in 4 adults experience loneliness globally. Join us from June 9-15 to reduce the stigma and foster a more connected society, with Marmalade Trust guiding the way. Loneliness is a feeling we are all likely to experience, but stigma makes us silent. It stops us from talking about it together or facing it together. To participate, you can: Understand Loneliness: Check out the online guide. As this week is devoted to Mental Health Awareness, CASE-UK is proud to focus on the importance of maintaining good mental health. Together with H2E, OH1, and The BUSY Group, we have launched an exciting challenge that kicked off on Monday, 12th May: the Mental Health Awareness Week Challenge. Why Mental Health Matters: Mental health is just as important as physical health. It affects how we think, feel, and act, and it plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. Taking care of your mental health can improve your mood, reduce anxiety, and enhance your ability to cope with life's challenges. This week, we encourage everyone to prioritise their mental health and support those around them. The Challenge: Participants are divided into teams to rack up the highest total mileage across the week. Every lunchtime stroll, after-work wander, and weekend hike counts towards the team's total. Equipped with step-tracking apps of their choice, everyone is motivated to get moving and contribute to their team's success. The Prize: The winning team earns an extra day of annual leave. Yes, really — more time off, on us, because your well-being matters. Good luck to everyone participating! We can already see incredible results, and we are excited to see how far we can go together. Remember, every step you take is a step towards better mental health. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #walkformentalhealth #TeamSpirit #WellbeingMatters #walkingchallenge #StepUpForHealth #MindfulMiles #togetherwewalk #mentalresilience #healthandwellness #supportmentalhealth

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent collaboration between H2E and CASE-UK in hosting a Japanese Study visit for delegates from the Japanese Labour Ministry. Over the past two days, we had the honor of welcoming two Japanese government officers, currently studying at the London School of Economics, to our CASE-UK office. The visit was a comprehensive and enriching experience, featuring an introduction to our organisations and a tour of our site and staff. Karen Powell and Hannah Griffiths facilitated observations of our Contact Centre while Callum Mclean provided valuable insights into our In Work Service. The officers also had the opportunity to meet with Stephanie Pearson, Head of Corporate Governance at H2E, and Rick Livesey, Senior Clinical Operations Lead, to discuss the impact of our physical services and health interventions. Additionally, the delegates observed our Peer Mentoring Training with Terri Jones and explored the impact of our mental health services with Claire Mitchell-Lowe, Senior Operations Manager of our Mental Health Division. The visit concluded with an evaluation of the two days and planning for future actions. We are excited about the continued collaboration and shared learning opportunities that lie ahead. Natsuki Ozawa, one of the delegates, shared her heartfelt feedback, expressing her appreciation for the passion and dedication of our team. She highlighted the effectiveness of our peer mentor training, physiotherapy, and counseling services, which are not typically available under employment services in Japan. どうもありがとうございます Thank you to the entire team for your support and dedication in making this visit a success. Your enthusiasm and commitment truly made a lasting impression. #MentalHealthAtWork #peermentors #physiotherapy #WorkLifeBalance #mindfulness #study #mentalhealthservices #counsellingservices #japan #health
