Be gentle with people who had to raise themselves… there’s always more beneath the surface than you realize. They struggle to accept help, it feels foreign, even a little unsafe. Sleeping for 5-7 hours, Working 8–9 hours a day and then going home to about 2-4 hours to yourself, which includes getting ready for the next day, is not living, to be very honest.

I don’t hate working, but I hate the concept of working 8–9 hours a day and then going home to only about 4 hours to yourself, which includes catching the bus, cooking, and getting ready for the next day. This is not life.
