Marriage is meant to be a commitment by both parties to care and provide for each other for life. If he doesn't trust the relationship enough to give her access to everything in his life, especially his finances, then he doesn't believe in the relationship enough to marry her. He's basically asking her to take his vows at face value and trust that he will provide for her if the marriage doesn't last. A prenup basically holds her hostage by making it impossible for her to divorce him without becoming penniless and homeless while he does whatever the hell he wants to do. It also enables him to kick her to the curb if he gets tired of her after a few years leaving her with nothing to show for her investment in him. You people are fucking crazy and a testimony that people no longer understand what real marriage is all about.
