Sigh, clearly there were complex social dynamics at play here that set this situation off. The presumed owner of the business in the HH jacket is clearly a hard ass guy with an ego. The fact that he's wearing the jacket zipped up indoors and no McDonalds branded merchandise suggests that although he is owner of the store and probably loves the business, he doesn't view himself as an employee of the franchise in that way. There are others at the table wearing suits and nicer clothes, suggesting this is a type of regional meeting with people maybe traveling from neighboring restaurants or at the very least all of the various shift managers at that specific location meeting with ownership. But here's the catch. Although this is seemingly an achievement of a moment for HH jacket guy (having all employees grouped together at the store you own for an important meeting) it's all taking place in the back of a fucking McDonalds restaurant. With this meeting location there's a weird juxtaposition between serious business decisions and a dirty, greasy, exposed to the public and often filled with homeless ppl restaurant. So, you can imagine when the prankster comes in and sits down, interrupting the meeting, he's doing the EXACT thing that exposes the entire absurdity of the situation and HH jacket guy loses it.
