In the special “Therapy Room 7,” the hospital staff had created a unique method to satisfy two needs at once: feeding the director’s beloved cats while providing “tickle therapy” to the patients. Jamal was brought in, still trapped in the tight white straitjacket that pinned his muscular arms helplessly across his chest. They sat him down on the padded floor. His bare feet were pulled wide apart and securely tied with ropes to metal rings on the left and right walls, stretching his legs and leaving his large soles completely exposed and vulnerable. Above each foot, the orderlies had hung two big glass bottles of warm milk, tilted just enough to let out a slow, steady drip… drip… drip… onto his soles and between his toes. Small puddles of milk already glistened on his dark skin. The door opened. Two sleek, hungry cats — the director’s personal pets — slipped into the room, meowing excitedly as they caught the scent of the milk. “Oh no… not this…” Jamal muttered, his eyes widening in panic. The first cat jumped gracefully onto his lap and immediately began licking the milk from his right sole with its rough tongue. A second later, the other cat joined in on his left foot. Jamal instantly burst into deep, uncontrollable laughter. “HAHAHAHA!! Oh shit— that tickles!! Stop!! Hahahahaha!!” The cats didn’t care. Their warm, rough tongues lapped eagerly across his sensitive arches, heels, and squirming toes. The milk kept dripping steadily from the bottles, keeping his feet constantly wet and the cats fully focused on licking every drop. Jamal thrashed wildly in the straitjacket, his powerful body shaking with laughter as the cats explored every inch of his feet with their curious tongues and whiskers brushing against his skin. “FUCK!! HAHAHAHAHA— They’re eating my feet!! I can’t— hahahahaha!! Please take them off!!” The cats kept purring contentedly, completely absorbed in their meal, while Jamal’s desperate, booming laughter echoed through the room. The orderly watching from the corner simply smiled. “Best therapy we’ve had in weeks.”

You shouldn’t be listening to 99% of commentators on Ukraine who have never set foot in either Ukraine or Russia. How many times have we been told the Russian economy is about to collapse, Putin is terminally ill, or that Russia is somehow the last bastion of conservative values? Do yourself a favour, bin them off. Follow people who are actually on the ground, who understand the region, speak to those living through it, in their language, and report what they see rather than what their audience wants to hear. 🇺🇦🇷🇺

@SydneyLWatson It's probably more that they have limited cash so they've been staying in lesser motel rooms to save as they travel. Hard to pay for food if you're spending it all quickly

I love America, but self-reflection is not our forte. Something we must come to terms with is that we elected a narcissist because we are a narcissistic society. Trump isn’t the disease; he’s a symptom. It’s our society that is sick. Politics is always downstream from culture.

@CasperVictorian @JamesRaxz And the US system is inherently disinclined to fix itself. You have a two party system of at best a greater and a lesser evil with very little electorate power to actually demand specifics. And nobody out there is betting on either party to suddenly limit themselves.

I'm gonna make this simple for you: Europeans? You'll find few actual critics of US power. By in large they love Americans and support and believe in us. It is President 30% approval rating they detest, and that makes them im sync with most Americans. Trump is hated. Everywhere.
