Just announced @julianhartley1 will be appointed as CQC’s new chief executive - he has a huge job on his hands. A long serving NHS trust chief, he'll need to put patients' interests first ahead of the trust sector.

Before a Cost improvement project is implemented in your dept in the #nhs , please can managers consider the knock on effect of the increased work / cost for other depts . There is a risk of patients falling between the gaps of such siloed budgets. (and no overall savings made )
