She was referring in her analogy to Secretary Hegseth, who made the final decision in a long string of decisions to retire several GOFOs. This was long in coming, and certainly not a unilateral decision although it is his right to do. There’s some very good reasons the Army COS was on that short list that had nothing to do with being a “yes man” with regard to Iran. He was a “yes man” on a range of other matters, which is precisely why he’s on the way out. You’re an attorney, right? Good, you’ll figure out why if you so wish. If there’s nothing else, this isn’t your area of expertise. Find something actually worth arguing, and good day to you. PS - Your insights on domestic beef production is right on the money.

I’m an attorney- I’ve read &studied many foundational docs including the actual constitution. 3. I’m a combat vet.

Why would a chief executive surround himself with people that generally did not execute his vision? And yet, his cabinet members do disagree with him and each other from time to time. The difference is, when he makes his decision, they turn to execution to the best of their ability. That’s how it is supposed to work. Respectfully, you know very little of how things work behind the scenes, beyond the blurred vision of media. Some of us have been seeing the results, and understand that they are generally good in spite of incredible the resistance faced. Now, regarding me? I’ve earned the right to have a snack now and again. And between the two of us, I’ve actually read the Declaration in its entirety. @CatJenkins99 @MarkNaughton9 Military objectives met: The complete destruction of Iran’s Air Force and Navy. Not a single plane of theirs contested us. We have flown over 17,000 sorties (flights), we’ve lost 7 or so aircraft. This is the greatest ratio of air combat in world history.
