@TUIUK is it standard practice now that if you’ve booked a holiday there is no guarantee that that is the holiday you are going to get. We have just returned from a break where you changed our hotel just two days before and customer services didn’t care less how this affects you.

Customers of @TUIUK please be careful when booking with these guys. Never had a problem before but this year they seem to be able to do what they want and don’t care how you are effected

We have then been informed that our holiday in November for our daughter's 21st birthday has had the flights changed. Causing us to loose two days. Although flights still available we can't know go on our booked times.

@FirstNorwich can you please advise what is happening to solve the problem of broken down and late buses. 3 times in the last week a broken down bus has caused my son to be late to and from school. 30 mins late this morning.

@FirstNorwich This doesn’t really answer my question, I think all your customers are fully aware that there will be factors that cause some delays in services now and again. But as I stated these issues are not one offs and 3 times in a mater of days.

@FirstNorwich can you please advise what is being done about the number of broken down buses that are causing such great delay in getting my son to and from school. 3 times in the last week.
