@HarryReid16 My boys absolutely LOVED you in Beauty & The Beast - they keep telling everyone over and over about Silly Billy, they're obsessed! They wanted to wait around and try and get a photo with you but I wouldn't let them.

@OrchardTheatre So I've booked row H but now have row B. Does this mean the seating is further from the stage, or how is that equivalent?

@CatRah11 Hey there! Passengers would usually need to be responsible for their own baggage, including collecting it from the carousel. If assistance is requested the passenger could ask for help with baggage too but Heathrow does offer a porter service that can be booked in advance. Si

@British_Airways Hi, please can you advise how to book help for disabled passenger to collect bags from carousel? Thanks.

@British_Airways Thanks, we've done this but it just says 'to and from aircraft' and help storing hand luggage. My elderly relative will struggle to fetch her cases from the carousel.
