Calling #librarytwitter! We have a Ukrainian student joining our high school next week. Can anyone point me towards any resources/texts/books which might help support her? I wondered about Ukrainian editions of books I also have in English but would be delighted with any help!

@MrsMaudeHistory Book title suggestions: ‘Stick like a Champion’, ‘The Greatest Sticker of Change’. Or, ‘Direct Stickering’. You’re welcome ☺️

When you’re on the frontline, carrying out critical sticker research, it’s important to stay organised.

@KatieAmery Practice with them. Tricky bits of the curriculum or tricky classes, do a trial run and work through the pros and cons. Feels odd to start with but incremental gains with instructional coaching make the most difference long term in my opinion.

@jonny_history At that level, we ask for each SD to come with explanation and links to the question. Then they add a separate conclusion.

@CatVose Interesting!! - does the concluding sentence give enough scope for the top to explain their evidence for the 12/16mark GCSE questions?? I feel like they might have a lot of evidence but not much explanation?

History teachers... has anyone used the Writing Revolution and adapted how they teach paragraphs etc? Used to use PEE but wondering if the SPO works better...

@MissJCousins This year my parter and I have shared a home, a classroom and an office. Didn’t really think about it being and issue and it hasn’t been one (she might respond differently 😂) Great for COVID compliance as well!!

Does anyone teach Elizabethan England GCSE using enquiry questions? Considering how to revamp and make the course more engaging as we move to workbooks and look to replan the units #educhat #edutwitter #elizabethan #historyteacher

One for any history department that have been OFSTEDed under new framework. We're expecting the call any time - well overdue! What questions were you asked if you were deep-dived? What did they ask the kids? How did you show off curric?#ofsted #historyteacher #curriculum

Working my way through the @Ambition_Inst teacher materials for the ECF tonight and so far I'm finding everything clear, helpful and precise. Are you using Ambition for your Full Induction Programme materials anyone? #CPD #edutwitter
