Earlier this afternoon Skiesti and I joined a voice channel (mediated by Rakattack) to discuss the events that have taken place over the last few days. We were both lacking crucial context which made some situations appear to be way more serious than they actually were. I understand that on a platform like Twitter where people have already made up their mind about others, it is very easy for hate to spread even when that was not my original intention. I gained a lot of respect for Skiesti for simply wanting to talk things out. Going forward, I will be more mindful about what I say about other creators and hope to avoid miscommunications like this in the future.
