not be waiting for CTS to get back up and running as they have failed their contract. It’s worth asking your solictors directly whether intend on continuing to use and wait for CTS or are they enlisting a new systems provider.
@josieaprilfool@CTS_Cloud_IT I mean, great that they’ve finally posted an update but I honestly cannot believe it’s taken them this long. Really hope for all of our sakes this 4th phase doesn’t take too long. The devastating impact this is having on so many people is insane.

You’ve not even acknowledged what’s happening on your website or media. Out of courtesy a holding response would do? Anything ?
@CathBates2@setfordslegal@PaulTMarsh Couldn’t agree more. Setfords need to make their contingency plans known ASAP. People’s lives are in complete chaos as a result of this. I will be asking the affected party in my chain to change solicitors if we continue to be left in the dark.
@BBCNews can you share any response from @CTS_Cloud_IT when requesting press update on the current outage . No comment since 24th November and thousands of peoples house moves in limbo with massive financial implications.
@CathBates2@dgarciavalbuena@CTS_Cloud_IT Yes, I have a mortgage. I don't think its the lenders blocking exchanges completions as some people and hopefully myself are completing manually.

@dgarciavalbuena@CTS_Cloud_IT I'm with Taylor Rose, I am being led to believe that we will complete on Friday, they are doing it all manually. To be fair, they have been great at keeping me in the loop... so far!
@setfordslegal@PaulTMarsh Now we are aware that other companies that use CTS are enabling transactions via other means the onus is on you @setfordslegal to take responsibility for actioning your pre planned contingency’s . You have had 1 week to action this . Please explain your reason for the delay

What would be appreciated is recognition of the situation on your website / social media & pressure on CTS,as their client, to communicate publicly and clearly so we can not be under this level of avoidable stress

@CTS_Cloud_IT@BBCNews@guardian can we please campaign / increase coverage for an explanation on the appalling lack of any communication. Last update on Friday, it’s now end of Tuesday and affecting hundreds if not more people financially.
