@CathachuPikachu I mean I guess it points towards system theory but it's definitely not necessarily DID, could be OSDD or anything really. E.g. I can have different fronts that alternate over the day if I'm stressed but otherwise I'm almost the same person and almost full continuity, so idk

@CathachuPikachu Isn't your personality changing a bit (like not drastically but noticeable) normal? Like being a snappy and having a silver tounge, to being obedient and wanting to help around constantly, to being anxious and meek when there isn't any outside factor to affect is normal, I think?

Currently in my fridge is 3 cartons of milk (I go through milk fast) 4 tubs of expired icing, 2 tubes of expired cookies, Kraft singles, some expired fruit juices, ketchup, mayo, jelly, and butter. Thats it. Meanwhile my parents fridge is full to bursting. Am I adulting wrong?

I never understood how my parents could have a full fridge without things just going bad. Maybe its the ADHD in me but if I am not careful I will forget what food is in my fridge.

Planning a wedding as an AuADHD system is actually torture. I can't nail down a guest list because every system members has different preferences for people. Can't make decisions because of ADHD paralysis. Can't even think about it because of demand avoidance. I am SUFFERING.
